''Tools/Organize Pages/Insert'' vagy korábban az ''Advanced/Web Capture'' menüpontjai alatt elérhető funkció, amivel weboldalakat vagy webhelyeket tölthetünk be az Acrobatba, majd elmenthetjük őket pl. PDF, HTML, TXT, GIF, JPG, PNG formátumokba. A letöltés mélysége beállítható, illetve weboldalanként is megadható, hogy mely linkeket kövesse, valamint az adott szerverre vagy alkönyvtárra is korlátozható a robot útvonala. Utólag is lehet még oldalakat hozzáadni a letöltéshez: egy linkre jobb egérgombbal kattintva és az ''Append To Document'' menüpontot választva. A ''Settings'' vagy ''Advanced Settings'' alatt sokféle beállítási lehetőség van, pl. generálhatunk könyvjelzőket, amik az egyes weboldalakra mutatnak (és ezekre jobb gombbal kattintva szintén elérhetők a web capture funkciók), címkézett (tagged) PDF-et kérhetünk, ami megőrzi az eredeti HTML struktúrát, valamint elmenthetjük a beágyazott médiát is.
